Privacy policy
What we collect when you request a quote or book a tint install, how we use it, and what we never do with it.
What we collect
- —Quote requests: your name, phone or email, vehicle type, and what you want done.
- —Bookings: your name, contact details, vehicle details, the package and any add-ons you choose, your scheduled date and time, and — for mobile installs — the address where your garage is located.
- —Payments: handled entirely by our payment provider. Your card details never reach us; we only receive the payment status for your booking.
- —Contractor applications: the name, contact info and experience details you send us through the "Work with us" form.
- —Basic usage info: how many people visit the site and which pages they look at.
How we use it
- —To respond to your quote request and to confirm and manage your booking.
- —To send your booking confirmation, deposit receipt, and aftercare instructions by email — and to text or call the number you gave us about your appointment.
- —To apply your deposit correctly and refund it when you cancel more than 48 hours ahead.
- —To review contractor applications when openings come up.
What we don't do
- —We never sell your information — full stop.
- —We don't send marketing emails or texts you didn't ask for.
- —We don't share your details beyond the service providers that make your booking work: our payment processor, our email provider, and our site platform. They may only use it to provide that service.
- —Your contact number stays between us. It is used for your booking and aftercare, not passed around or posted publicly.
How long we keep it
- —Quote requests and booking records are kept as long as needed to run the booking, payments and warranty history.
- —Payment records are retained as required by our payment processor.
- —Contractor applications we don't move forward with are kept for a reasonable period in case a fit opens later.
Your choices
- —Ask us what we have on file for you, correct it, or delete a quote request or contractor application — reach out through the quote form or reply to any booking email.
- —Booking and payment records tied to a completed purchase are kept for accounting and warranty purposes.
